Saint Paul Office Murphy Bed
2014 NARI-MN COTY Award Winning Project - As the only spare room in a 1,700 sq. foot condo, our clients needed this room to serve multiple purposes; a home office, a guest bedroom, an exercise space and a space for grandchildren to play.
Using smart design and some creative features, we were able to design a solution that met their goal of versatility. A built in desk plus ample shelving and cabinet space provides plenty of storage for books, files, toys and exercise equipment without squandering floor space. A pull down Murphy bed allows the room to be transformed into a guest room when needed and the beautiful window bench with built in drawers provides extra seating and file storage space. Finally, a beautiful Pearl White Linea finish for the melamine cabinets and contrasting Cocoa Maple laminate counter tops makes the room appear bright, open and inviting.
The outcome is a versatile room with clean lines, bright ambience and plenty of storage.
